The following conditions must be met to accept returns:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days from the time of delivery.
• We accept returns only if you received a wrong item (i.e. the wrong size, color, or type of item).
• If the packaging has been torn or damaged, returns will not be accepted.
• Used items are not eligible for returns.
• A voucher similar to the value of the product will be given to the customer which they can redeem anytime within 90 days.

In the event of an exchange, the following rules will apply:

• Item must not be used.
• Request for exchange must be sent within 14 days from the time of delivery.
• There must be no tears in the box or packing.
• You will be charged an additional delivery fee per shipment.
